Property Photography Staffordshire
If you are looking for property photography in Staffordshire, look no further. If you have a property to sell in Staffordshire or any of the surrounding Counties, you will need the best possible marketing images if you’re going to get your property noticed. Many so-called property photographers make some very basic mistakes. It’s not so much about fancy lenses and supplementary lighting: It’s about composition and lines, and an appreciation for Architecture and an eye for detail. As well as knowing what to include in shot, it’s about what not to include too.
How good is good enough?
Walk down the average high street and you’ll see several Estate Agents in most UK towns. In their windows you’ll see a diverse range of properties, and a wide variation in the quality of their marketing images. Some Agents think they can do it themselves, and that’s good enough.
But is “good enough”, er, good enough?
My discerning clients think not. They realise the value of my professional service to their business. Just this week, I photographed a Holiday Cottage for a client. This is what she had to say upon receipt of the images:
“Thanks so much for both sets of pics, loads of really great angles and shots for both places. It’s such a tricky art to manage guest’s expectations but also encourage bookings via photos and I think these photos are spot on in that respect – they are super clear, eye catching and also make the places appear as it does to the eye.
Especially love the photo of the caravan photo collage and the close ups of the painting on the caravan table. The barn log burner shots and little details are really wonderful. You’ve managed to convey a much clearer sense of the space, and the open plan-ness of the space beautifully. So many too choose from too which is wonderful.”
The above is genuine, unsolicited feedback.
